On June 1st, 2011 Kara Calley is going into the hospital for open heart surgery. At 15 months old this surgery is pretty risky. The goal is to repair a number of holes in her heart that she was born with. Its been over a year since her first surgery were doctors placed a device to help keep her blood flow going until she was old enough for the surgery they are about to perform. By looking at this little masterpiece of God you wouldn’t know she was even sick, but without the surgery the device would start to suffocate her blood flow. So please pray for Kara and her family as they trust in the doctors and staff at the University of Michigan Hospital this Tuesday.
